Colin Jenkins
Owner / Coach
Colin Jenkins is Ventura County’s most experienced CrossFit trainer, having spent over 10,000 hours coaching and designing fitness programs for hundreds of clients in the past 11 years.
Colin believes that fitness programs should cater as much as possible to each individual’s needs, goals, and abilities. He uses his strong background in scientific research, strength and conditioning principles, and CrossFit methodologies to create uniquely effective cutting-edge programs for his diverse clientele.
Not only is Colin a world-class coach, but has also competed at the highest levels of fitness himself, competing at the CrossFit Games in 2008, as well as the CrossFit Regionals in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

With over 8 years of full-time coaching experience as a CrossFit certified trainer, Ryan has developed into one of the best coaches you could ever ask for.
His high energy and invigorating attitude mixed with a great eye for movement makes Ryan’s classes a blast to be a part of. He has helped hundreds in Ventura to achieve their fitness goals and is always excited to help more.
With the combination of his welcoming and energetic personality, bachelor’s degree, and teaching credentials, Ryan is one of Ventura’s best teachers in the classroom as well as in the gym!

Megan Jenkins
Community Manager
Megan Jenkins started training crossfit in 2010 and has filled a critical role as a Community Manager in our facilities ever since.
Not only does she love ensuring each community member is well taken care of, achieving their goals, and having fun in our programs, but she’s a world-class athlete as well.
At just over 100lbs, she has qualified at the national level in both Powerlifting and Strong Man events, proving that you can be small and still be strong.
She recently was invited to travel with the MAS Wrestling U.S.A World Team to compete in the Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan.
